The location of this hotel was unique, it was like staying in an aquarium with lots of friendly sea life. the staff were friendly and the pool was clean. Rooms were decently equipped and spacious.
Sadly, the hotel was unable to provide hot water for the shower and the 24-hour front desk was completely unresponsive after 9:30 pm.

The resort has a great pool, perfect for family vacations, and offers a car service to take you to nearby locations. the staff is friendly and their service is 5-star. the view is fantastic.
The shower area needs improvement in terms of hot water. the resort does not offer 24-hour front desk service and the AC is turned off at midnight.

The hotel is perfect for families. The view from the swimming pool is amazing and the staff is very friendly. , the car service provided by the hotel to take you to your destination is very convenient and made me feel safe.
The hot water in the shower runs out very quickly which is frustrating. the front desk availability was not as advertised and we had trouble reaching someone late at night.
